I just ordered a pizza took 1 hr 30 min to deliver next door , had extra sauce didn't do it pizza was cold, dry, soggy and... tasted like wood this place needs to shut down RIDICULOUS!!!! and don't tell me you're sorry about my experience GIVE ME MYMONEY BACK !!! I ordered an Extravaganzza and added provolone, a Meatzza, and a Philly Steak with extra provolone. The first two are supposed... to automatically come with extra regular cheese but all three barely had any cheese at all. The crust was tough and hard tochew, the toppings dried out and overcooked, and the bacon I added was missing entirely from the Extravaganzza. I called to talkto the store manager who was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. This was easily the worst pizza I've ever had from Domino's, Ifeel completely ripped off, and her response? Call corporate who is closed currently. If this is the kind of quality and serviceI can expect, I won't be getting Domino's again. Trust me when I say don't waste your time and money on this place. Placed a order online it said 45 to 55 mins This was at 4:24 8/21/22 I called at 5:50 they said we just put it in the oven!... Really a hour and a half later just getting in the oven! Never will I order from here again. I called and they said you can?tcount on the delivery time online. Really if I knew it was going to take 2 hours I would of went and pick it up myself! Oh andthe Asian or Hispanic female in the phone was very rude poor costumer service especially when your doing a promotion smh!!!! Read more

I usually build and order my own pizza that include onion pineapples black olives and green peppers and NORMAL cheese. i always... order it from the store near my home. This is the first time i order from this store and i really regret it i will never everorder from it again. It was sooo cheesy, the order took 34 mins to be ready the girl working there ?Malaysia? seems not to careat all, i entered the store 20min after i ordered and she said i?m preparing it that?s it she didn?t apologize oranything. I dont know why I keep trying to order delivery from here, the past +-5 times they did not have drivers available. They told us... we would have to pick up our order because of this driver issue 50 minutes after placing placing it, when we had no way ofgetting it. Just give a better notice or don't allow people to order delivery. Food is good but it's not worth the coin flip ofwhether you'll get it or not. Read more
