I ordered my pizza online and I was only down the street. By the time I got there (less than 10 minutes later) my pizza was... coming out of the oven. It tasted great, even though the guy cutting the pizza wasn?t pushing down hard enough to cut throughthe pizza all the way. I put the leftovers in a ziplock in the freezer and used my air fryer to reheat it for the next few daysand it tasted almost as fresh as when I ordered it! I would definitely recommend this Dominos! I ordered online a couple weeks ago and they messed up my order so they gave me a free pizza but I had to call in to claim. When... I called to redeem I also ordered a Lg 2 Topping pizza and bread twists as well as a couple sauces. The price was $33.63. Iarrived at the store, paid the amount, and then saw the sign showing a special for $15.99. When I asked the lady why I didn'treceive the deal she said it was because I DIDN'T ASK for the coupon. Paraphrased: "We've been trained NOT TO OFFER couponsunless you ask. People get offended when we offer coupons." No apology. No refund for the difference. Nothing. She didn't evenseem to care. Destiny is the worst manager. She doesn't have any customer service skills. I picked up my pizza and got it home. Upon opening... the box to feed my family and my seven year old, all three of my pizzas were bubbled, dry and burnt. My wife tried to returnthem to the store for a refund. The manager said it wasn't their fault. The pizzas sat on the warmer to long and that's whatcaused them to bubble, dry out and caused the bottoms to be burned. Read more
This store has been a blessing for us and our ministry. They always give us a high quality product at a price that is still... profitable for them and helps us to feed those in need in our ministry. I got a burnt pizza from dominoes twice. The first time I let it go thinking they will improve the next time. But it was even... worst the next time. I have always ordered well done pizzas but it was never burnt like this. When I told them that this isburnt they told me that it was dominoes well done standard. I had been having good service but since 1 or 2 months there havebeen really bad service maybe be due to some new workers. The pizza tasted burned when me and my family ate it. So we had tothrow it away since it tasted really bad. I hope they will improve their service the next time. Read more
