This week alone I?ve ordered from here twice. The first time it took them 3 hours for my food to arrive. I tried to call and... cancel and couldn?t even do that. The driver had to take the food I had ordered back to the store and said I would get a refundbut who knows. Now today, I ordered for me and my girlfriend. The time said 30 minutes. 2 hours later I go down to collect mypizza and there?s nothing there. They didn?t deliver my pizza or they took it to the wrong house. I don?t want a free smallpizza or coupon I want the $60 I spent at this store back for the food I never even got. Hoping the gm will fix this issue whenI go in tomorrow. Read more

I was in town last week for a family reunion, we rented an Airbnb for the week. The first night we wanted to order pizza, we... placed the order online and put a $20 tip, and immediately received a call saying there weren?t enough drivers to satisfy therequest (4 pizzas) and they cancelled our order. The following evening we placed another online order for 6 pizzas, some drinksand a side of cheese bites, and included a $25 driver tip. When given the same ?we don?t have enough drivers? speech, I askedthem to change the order to carryout instead of delivery. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was told that they didn?tremove the $25 delivery tip or the surcharge for the delivery, and that I would have to take it up with corporate if I wantedanything other than a same-store credit (which I can?t use since I was only visiting for a week, and why would I place a 3rdorder with them that week after the first two were horrible? In the end, we didn?t even get our cheese bites. Initially theoutgoing charge on my card wasn?t reflecting the $25 tip the first few days afterward, so I thought they had fixed it, but nowI?m seeing that the $25 delivery tip was actually removed despite converting to a carryout order. Wow. Ok so we just had a bunch of snow and the streets are bad, but after an hour and a half, I call to see where my pizza is.... They apologize for the wait but explain that the drivers are way behind because the roads are bad. I get it, but a call wouldhave been nice. So I go pick up my pizza instead of waiting for the delivery drivers. The pizza I pick up is barely warm andlooks and tastes like cardboard (see picture) those are not pepperonis. Those are dry bubbles of cheese?!? No sauce. So nowafter an hour and 45 mins, a drive to Dominos and $45 worth of food we aren?t going to eat, my wife is now making homemadepizzas. All I'ma say is, horrible!!! Now I remember why I stopped ordering from Domino's! For 20.00 bucks, we got dough and pepperoni.... No cheese or sauce! Even after we called to complain, we went and picked up another pizza for it to look exactly thesame??????????? poor quality. Won't try it ever again! Placed an order for delivery at 7:27?got a text that my order was out for delivery at 8:57. Driver never showed up. Called the... store at 9:20 (yeah, 2 hrs later) and was told my pizza was brought back to the store and I needed to pick it up. I got a refundand ordered from papa John?s, had a hot pizza in less than 15 minutes. Read more
