Took my family here and we had a great time. Our server, JD, was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us amazing service... from start to finish. Our family had such an amazing time. We are from KY. and we thought we would bring the kids up to come play at Dave and Busters!... The atmosphere, the food, and the staff was excellent!! Very clean, only a few of the games were not working. Food service was great and came out timely. Everyone I encountered was... friendly and the front reception folks were patient explaining what changed since covid - I hadn't been in there since that wentdown. Can't wait to go again!! Read more
First time at Dave & Buster's. *Our family went on a Saturday night* Pros: Games were very fun and pretty affordable. Great... prizes to choose from at the end, and the staff was pretty helpful when needed. Food was great tasting and drinks were asexpected. Cons: The amount of people in there was concerning. There was about a 12 minute wait upon entry to get our playingcards. Thirty five minute wait for a table. And at least a two-players-away line at each game. Take into conservation all theparents and family walking with each player, there was not a lot flof room to breathe. The hand sanitizer bottles that wereoffered to the public were 1. Gross 2. Clogged at the nozzle 3. Empty. All of them empty. Summary: I will most definitely comeback here. Our family had a great time eating and playing games here. We may aim for not a busy weekend and be sure to bring ourown hand sanitizer to reduce trips to the bathroom washroom. Read more
Worst 1st experience of my life! What a waste of money… $60+ I expected more/ better quality. They should shut down dining to... make room for more games… if they even work, not many options & overcrowded with ppl hogging games. Wish we would’ve takenour party of 8 to Great Times or Chuck E. Cheese… Waited 45+mins for a table & another 30+ on microwaved food. Napkins cameafter appetizers/ children food. Sweet tea tasted like dirt… not sweet at all! Mac n cheese for child was burned. I ordered nosauce on my pasta; the chicken was barely warm. served with only a spoon? I walked away from table and out to smoke until therest are ready to leave! Read more
Came here on a Friday night, ate dinner in the bar, food was excellent. Service was slow, despite using the app to order. Games... were very fun and easy to use power card on app! Several games were out of order however. Would probably come again! Read more
Came here with family, to play games with kids and pick up dinner. Overall great time, the games were great and in working... condition. Lines were not too bad when we went. Eating dinner there, bit of a challenge for the wait staff as they kept tellingus to use a QR code to digitally order and manage our check online, but could not figure out how to clear the previous tablesbill. Feel like we waited around at our table for 15 minutes just to order. Once they went back to traditional ordering it wasjust fine. Food was pretty decent kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers. We really liked all the types of wings and the nachosappetizer it was really great. Read more
What more can I say about this establishment! Amazing food, amazing drinks, Amazing atmosphere. They seem to be under a re-model... which is going to be amazing when finished.
