I was i could give this rating less then a one .This is a horrible establishment there always some type of drama going on Not... enough communication wit the workers.The food is horrible please dont reheat you will get sick currently recovering form eatingtheir.They also have mold growing on the boxes and bugs so please be careful eating their.Also it not really worth your money .I use to be a former employee. Always friendly staff. Just come with patience. The plaza is terrible, but the DQ is pretty much the only reason to go for me.
This dq is great. Always good food and kind workers. I only gave 4/5 stars because we waited at the menu for 4 minutes waiting... for someone to take our order. The car before us was getting their food so maybe they only had one person working the windows?Either way the food was good. Read more
I ordered a mud pie blizzard but they made it using vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate and they also OVER loaded it with... gummy worms. I also got a brownie cookie blizzard and there was soo much topping and barely any ice cream whatsoever. The guy atthe window who handed me my order said nothing to me, I even said thank you twice and he turned and walked away. I?m verydisappointed and dissatisfied. I feel it was a huge waste of $13 which is a lot for me to just spend on ice cream, in which Iseldom do .. I have gone here in the past and didn?t have these issues, but I feel kids do not care about customer serviceanymore and that showed at least with this visit. Read more
Repeat customer I just became. So many varieties to choose from. I mean the minute I walk through the door colors of fries,... icecream, cheese, dripping wet hamburger grease everywhere. The staff is always happy and taking care of business. We satdown and ate because I couldn't leave the place before eating my food. I will be back and next time before 4:00 to takeadvantage of the happy hour. Read more
