The server was January and she was obviously a newly trained server, but was very nice. The wait to be seated was unusually long... for 930am Sunday. Then we were told they no longer had blueberry muffins, and we were disappointed. We usually like CrackerBarrel, but this location was actually run poorly. The food was okay. I picked up breakfast here for the first time on 08/23. I ordered pancakes and turkey sausage to go over the phone. To my... surprise, I was told that they no longer carry turkey sausage. They have a new spicy chicken sausage, so I chose that. I can'ttell you enough about how good the chicken sausage was, I mean wow! A new favorite. I will never eat here again my mashed potatoes had a string in it. Let me Begin by saying I ordered curbside which I ended up... having to go in and get because they were taking too long and I watched other customers go in and get their food also then I getto the front desk and the lady demanded me to check my food so obviously they're used to not getting the orders right I look inthe bag I did not have my dessert in the bag so they tell me oh we're don't have that so they wasn't even going to give meanything at all for it just was going to send me home with nothing so they make it right by giving me the chocolate cake wellwhen I get home there's no syrup for our pancakes. And I also stood there for like 5 minutes waiting on this piece of cake thatI didn't even want. They were nice about it but food was very nasty and cold never again will I eat there! Read more

First let me start off by saying that our server Jay was awesome. We made sure that Jay received an awesome tip. I could go on... for an hour with this bad review I think I will stick to the fact that we were lied to by the manager Josh over and over againand the food was not even warm and we were there for almost 2 hours. They were short staffed but there were other people thatwere getting their food before us that came in after us so I was highly upset. My husband and I come to this particular locationat least once a week and have had a few issues from time to time but never this type of situation where we will never return.All I can say is their management Josh gave us nothing but excuses over and over again and it was unacceptable.
