The service and food from ClusterTruck is EXCELLENT! Food is delicious and the delivery time is impeccable every time!! It is so... nice to have a restaurant deliver quality AND in an UNBELIEVABLE amount of time! A local sandwich shop I have used, has taken asmuch as 60-90 minutes to deliver (if I even received the sandwich at all). By far the best food delivery option in Indy!! The menu is really diverse when it comes to both food and drinks so you always... have a variety to choose from. They even have dessert options! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. You can alsocustomize your order to add/remove items and they offer a wide range of side sauces that you can add to your order. They deliverpretty quickly and even let you schedule your deliveries which are almost always delivered on the dot. Their customer service isalso really outstanding. In case there is an issue with the order their response time is pretty quick (I usually get a responsewithin 5 minutes of submitting a request) and they resolve the issue swiftly. They even have an option for group orders whichmakes the whole process seamless when you are ordering for a bunch of people. Cluster Truck is, without a doubt, the best delivery food I've had in Indianapolis. I visit Indy a few times a year. Every time... I'm in town, I plan a day (sometimes two) where I'll hop on to Cluster Truck's website and order lunch or dinner. Their food isalways fresh and hot. Their delivery is always quick and efficient! The Buffalo Mac and Cheese is something sent straight fromHeaven and the angels above. I've tried to recreate it at home many times- it's never as good as theirs! Their delivery driversare always friendly and happy to share the love, too! Their driver tracking on their website is accurate and you always knowwhen your food is (literally) just around the corner! Cluster truck was a joint that I never even heard of until recently. In fact, when I heard it was a delivery-only restaurant, I... had a hard time deciding whether or not that was possible! Turns out, Clustertruck is indeed delivery-only! I?ve ordered fromthem twice and I?m gonna go over my most recent experience which was earlier this week: Pros: First off, their menu is HUGE! Somany things to choose from. There?s at least one thing for everyone. I had ordered a tenderloin with their interesting fries.The delivery took a reasonable amount of time to get here. Once it arrived, everything was SUPER hot and fresh. The fries wereamazing, the tenderloin was actually decent being this came from a delivery only service! I am genuinely impressed bythat. Cons: Only thing to note is that their text service can sometimes be a little wonky. It said it would text message uswhen our food was nearby. But when our food was nearby, we never got the text despite the fact we gave our number. As a result,I had to run outside before the driver drove away haha.
