Stood there for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of any kind, not even a "we'll be right with you". Workers didn't even... make eye contact. There was a line behind us but they seemed to not want to be bothered.. None of the staff wanted to be thereand it was evident. Read more
Website says they open at 11. I get there at 11:30 and they tell me it's not going to be open for another hour. So I wait in... the mall. 10 minutes later their own kind shows up and they get service right away and don't have to wait an hour. Never felt sodiscriminated in my life. Terrible service. The girl at the register was irritated I interrupted her texting. I asked how she was doing and she barely... could spit out fine. She absolutely hated being there and showed it. She wasnt busy at all no customers around and me and mykids were a bother for sure, I wouldn't have made a purchase however, my son really wanted something so I did purchase for him.Get employees who speak to customers politely and can put their phone away. Employee at register would and should make the company feel ashamed. She was one of the worst I've came across (21 years in food... industry), entire life of customer service experience. I hope someone in leadership reads this. 8pm,6/21/19 was my visit infoand spent about 20 bucks, only due to reputation did I stop at the location at the Circle Center Mall. The rolls were not what Iremembered. It did excite my family that they had some heading home and they kept any complaints to theirrselves. The 2 stars Igave because she did give me 2 icings, I believe they came with the order but at least she got them in the bag and one employeedid reach over and give me a napkin bc he seen that she gave me boxing with icing just falling off everywhere and all sideswithout a care for displaying any class or service to the customer. This location and this one only is so stingy with their frosting. Half or more of the cinnamon bun doesn't have icing on it and... I get dirty looks when I inquire as to why! And it's not only once or twice it's every time I come to the mall. Tonight's tastedunder cooked.. but it's the only one close so I keep feeding my addiction.. Read more
