Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else to eat. I promise you will regret coming here. I really wanted yesterday's visit to... be like it was many years ago: clean, friendly, fresh food, good tasting drinks... but it was none of the above. Workers havedirty uniforms, and look untidily, areas of the dining room smelled like bleach, others had a foul smell. My daughter had to getsoap from the bathroom to wipe off our table. The cups looked dirty. The only sodas that tastes half way descent were the DietCoke and the Sprite. The carrots in the salad bar... I wouldn't even feed my birds with those nasty looking carrots. I used tocrave Cici's pizza cinnamon rolls; the ones they had there yesterday were awful. I will never ever step into this Cici's pizzaagain. Management: do a better job at training your people, teaching them that looking tidily, clean, having a clean work space,being respectful, THAT is what gets the money flowing into restaurants. This place is bound to close if nothing is done, andthere are not many pizza buffets out there, so you have an advantage here. Read more
I don't come here often but anyway, the store was clean, the employees were friendly and they were doing their jobs. However... nothing really about the food that makes me wanna jump up and shout happy things. The buffet could have been better stocked. Iknow there is a fine balance between a well stocked buffet and waste but could probably do better here. Place more basic staplesand less specialties that maybe 1 person might want. The buffet shouldn't be attacked by what's like a pack of wild dogscompeting for a bite every time something new is set out. Read more
My husband and I had the best experience thus far. The pizza was fresh and absolutely delicious! We were greeted by Cameron, he... kept the buffet stocked up with fresh pizza and I had asked who was cooking & making the pizzas because this was the best visitwe have ever had as far as food quality. They told me Eddie, every time we eat here we see this young kid working his butt offbut I have never seen him cooking and making the pizzas. He is definitely a keeper! I work next door and it’s an awesome place to have lunch at. Cameron and crew are the best I only come because I know my food... will be fresh. Please keep your regular cook that’s always there and yells out the pizzas. Yes it’s dirty sometimes but heywhere all short staffed but the people there now are good people. Read more
I love coming here! My kids love it too! The macaroni pizza is there favorite! The ppl r so amazing here! They r always doing... great with the customers they always have food on the bar. They r always so kind. I just can't express how amazing it is here.Amazing prices per a person too. Read more
When me and my family went for dinner this place was absolutely disgusting. Hardly any food on the buffet, dirty plates stacked... everywhere. No clean tables, trash cans were all full and the bathroom according to my wife was disgusting. One employee wasletting pop run all over her hands checking to see what all was out. Another employee was asking people if they wanted a jobwhile yet another was just chilling on their phone. The only good experience we had was getting our money back and leaving. Read more
We were in town last week and remembered there was a CiCi's Pizza. We used to eat frequently at the one in Lafayette until it... closed several years ago. My friend and I were both happy to eat there again and they did not disappoint. The buffet was wellstocked and the staff kept up with keeping it that way. Everything tasted just as we remembered it. The staff was very nice andseemed to enjoy their job. We are already making plans to go back. Read more
Cici’s was so good. I had a field trip here with my childcare. I brought in 20 children plus staff and Amber was the sweetest... person ever. She made sure all of the children had smiles on their faces. I’m so happy we chose today while she was hereworking her heart out. We will definitely come back. So worth the 25 minutes drive. Read more
