The food here is much better than average, customer service is not too bad. overall, this is a good Church's Chicken! ????
Portions too small for the price. Food was at the level you'd expect from fast food. Which by the way, "fast food" is clearly... just a term for them. You wait extensively whether in drive through or inside. I strongly advise using drive through. Thatwould keep you from getting irate as I did standing in the lobby waiting for my food. The entire time I witnessed the employeesplay around (pulling pranks, telling jokes, etc.) flirting with the lone girl working, telling stories of being homeless before,parties they've attended, movies seen, talk about girlfriends & boyfriends, all the while NOT WORKING !!! In fact, after thewaiting the cashier said,"Oh ! I didn't know we had tenders up. I thought you were cooking some," to an employee. She apologizedfor my wait but the damage had already been done. After getting home I opened the box to find tenders that weren't so tender,nor were they hot, and were somewhere about the size of my ring finger or my pinky finger. I didn't even get the sauce I askedfor either ! Overall, I'd say avoid Church's, but most especially, AVOID THE CHURCH'S @ 25th & KEYSTONE !!!! Read more
Love me some chicken. But this one is super slow was in the drive through for over an hour just to get a 2 piece!
Really needs an update. Church's has the best fried okra, but the intercom didn't work, the store was dirty and they didn't have... unsweetened tea or the grilled chicken. The staff was on their game, and we didn't have to wait too long. That was a surpriseand a delight. However, I ordered a large okra, and it was no more than a cup of okra, seriously, we would have been better offgetting okra as a side, it would have been a bigger serving! Read more
Broken equipment, run down building. Location makes lots of money and owners does not invest into their own company. Need to... value staff as well. Treat staff just like that run down building. Read more
Chicken was soggy under the skin. Repeatedly asking for cuttery and napkins. Almost drove off without our drinks because the... cashier forgot to pour them. Drive-thru window was hideously filthy. Read more
