Usually pretty good, but as of the past few months there?s typically an inconvenience every time. Always out of lettuce, cheese,... chips etc. Doesn?t matter if you get there first the online orders are taken care of before you. Staff shortages always. Mainlyfor the GM you get a solid F on this report card. Do better. Read more

I ordered Double steak just to receive none. They also didn't put any of my vegetables on here. I only have rice, beans, and... salsa. Like how do you make this up. I Read more

Placed and paid for a large order online for 9pm pick up very early in the day. Called in the morning to ensure they received... the order. Manager claimed they did not receive the order and to call back later. Called again at 5pm, said still didn?t have itand to call the main customer service line which I did and they were even even less helpful. I offered to screenshot the orderconfirmation so they could put the order together but they refused to do so. Ended up having to get the order refunded andgetting pizzas for our team last minute which was exactly what we were trying to avoid. Awful experience. I know they willrespond to this review by saying they tried to follow up and/or make it right but none of that took place and they simplyignored our order and REFUSED to serve this customer. Very very disappointing!! I would not recommend this location!!! Read more

First and foremost I love Chipotle's food, but with that said I don't have good experiences at the Chipotle 6 E. Washington,... Indianapolis. My app orders were getting messed up consistently at this location so I started ordering via the app fromChipotle on S. Emerson. But that location is too far. I recently started ordering again from 6 E. Washington. Recently theymessed up my order with the wrong item that cost more and in turn charged me more. The manager corrected the item but I askedabout the price difference and with a really abrasive demeanor she stated, "I don't control the pricing - report it on thewebsite." When I asked for her name, she refused to supply it. So back to ordering from the one on S. Emerson. Chick-Fil-A isnext door now. Y'all better get your attitudes together. The bad customer service will be more apparent. No one wants thatbad energy in their food. Read more

I don?t normally give reviews for places like chipotle which are the same across the nation, but this location deserves one.... Like the rest of the nation, they are overworked and understaffed at this location. When I arrived on a Tuesday evening, theyhad one poor lady working the entire line/front of house. She was doing her best to be efficient while also taking care of everycustomers specific order. Behind me, a man felt the need the berate this worker when he arrived to the front of the line. Thelady handled the increasingly charged situation with grace and poise. She kept asking the man if he would like to order fooddespite his grievances. And I?m sure she was at the end of her rope since there was a sign stating the entire store had beenwithout gas to grill that day so they had limited offerings. The whole chipotle team handled this irate customer withprofessionalism and I want to make sure they are recognized for that. Regarding the food, it tasted the same as any otherchipotle. There was no guac available due to a nationwide shortage. Read more

Burrito bowl label clearly shows what I requested in the order, but included almost nothing that I ordered. Didn't include rice,... beans, veggies, salsa, cheese, or sour cream. How do you miss the majority of the ingredients when they're all clearly printedon the label?? And since I ordered through doordash recourse is impossible despite this was clearly a Chipotle issue prior topickup. Read more

It was a dark and stormy night when this Chipotle got overwhelmed by an onslaught of volleyball players, cheerleaders, and other... folks who were in town for the weekend. Unfortunately, instead of communicating with their hangry customers, they startedfilling only online orders, leaving 30-40 people standing in line un-awares. Big surprise, the non-natives grew restless intheir pursuit of queso, and one group stormed out after voicing their frustration. A few more people in line got their ordersfilled. The food delivery people definitely got their orders. Then, a manager came out and told the people at the front of theline that he was closing the line and no more orders would be filled. Those of us waiting for pickup were told by another staffmember that they were still working on our orders but weren't sure how many they could fill. Two minutes later, a police officerappeared. The manager told him he "just wanted everyone out." With the addition of 7 more officers (who arrived in 5 police carswith flashing lights), we were directed to take a photo of a sign on the register directing us to call a phone number to get arefund, and then to get out. Management needs additional training on the 6 Ps (Proper Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance)and how to communicate with customers so as not to waste the City's police resources. Read more

That staff was great, fast and efficient. A couple dirty tables, but it was pretty busy and is expected. I did get a couple... stale chips in the bag. The food bowl I received was awesome. New chorizo plant-based. Really happy with the over all good andatmosphere! Read more
