After being constantly disappointed with the new location on 116th, I went to this place and was amazed. The workers were nice,... having fun, but were still speedy. The food was some of the best Chipotle I?ve had. The other location is closer to work for mebut I will definitely be going the extra few miles for this place in the future. Read more

It was not the quality of food or service we usually receive from Chipotle. The food was marginal and several containers on the... line were empty, the staff was arguing on the line while taking and preparing orders, the staff member who was fulfillingonline/carryout cut into the prep line during each of our orders delaying ours for several minutes, and the tables and diningarea were quite dirty. All of this when only 5 people were in line and no one was in the dining area. We won't be back topatronize that specific location. Read more
Don?t ever order doordash from this location. First I received and order for Steven and Danielle. Doordash gave me credits and I... reordered myself the same burrito I tried to order the first time. I somehow ended up with an incorrect order AGAIN!!! I evencalled the store and told them my first order dropped off was wrong. The person on the phone said they?re working on my burritoright now. They also gave me a 1/4 of a bag of chips. I expect better. Also, trying to call and get through to the store is aPAIN, the automated system is horrific. This has happened a few times but how am I supposed to have my child put the meat in an already cooked cheese quesadilla? Makes... no sense. Good quality and how it?s put together is never consistent. Rice was bland. As you can see in pic it?s just whiterice. Beans are sometimes spicy, sometimes not. Been really disappointed lately. I work nearby and was an easy grab and go lunchand I eat there often but I?m gonna go elsewhere for now. Not worth the guessing game. Read more
Over the last probably 6 months, the service and performance at this chipotle has taken a huge dip. We have had multiple... pick-ups where the burritos were very loosely folded to the point where it falls apart when you pick it up and it?s onlypartially wrapped in foil. The size of the burritos have shrunk incredibly, and mine today was about the size of a soft taco.Just because someone is picking up their order and not watching you make it doesn?t mean that the quality should be any less.
