Never thought I?d leave one star for a chic fil a. The food is good when it finally arrivals, often up to 15 minutes after... ordering, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. The little stand where the utensils and straws are are constantlyempty leaving me to have to go to the counter after my food has finally arrived to get one. Read more

They do not serve breakfast. Order was wrong even though we double checked the ordered items. Food is over cooked or not... seasoned. No one said ?My Pleasure? to me. This seems like a C grade Chick Fil A. Only reason why I gave it a 1 star was becausethe inside is nice and clean. Read more

This new location is very colorful. The operator is colorful. 100% of the employees are colorful. It's a very colorful place.... If you're a colorful kind of customer, you will be welcomed quickly by the colorful employees. However....if you happen to notbe overly colorful, you will looked at with scorn and disrespected. Won't serve breakfast after just two weeks of business. Not interested in this location because I don't have the ability to go... all the way to the suburbs for a chicken biscuit. I know that sounds like a first world problem but I don't particularly carefor the sandwiches. Read more
I ordered two bacon egg and cheese muffins to go and one came with chicken only (even though I didn?t order chicken). Both... muffins were burnt and they weren?t enjoyable. I was all the home when I noticed this and was very disappointed. Read more
This is probably the worse Chick-fil-A.. the employees working the drive thru are rude, they get upset if you ask for a menu and... tell you that they donut have menus lol what?? Worse customer service, worse attitude, line takes forever to move andunorganized. Worse Chick-fil-A in Indy. Surprisingly Taco Bell even has better customer service. Read more
