Worst chick fil a I?ve ever been to. ?Greeted? with a blank stare, no hello or anything. She said nothing. So I ordered my... sandwich, still nothing. She finally asked ?Drink??.. I answered please and thank you. Got my cash out ready to pay and sheSTILL didn?t speak to me - no total or anything. I looked on the screen paid, and waited. And girl brought out my food, handedto me and walked away, said nothing. She had air pods in so couldn?t hear me ask for sauce and a straw. Finally got someone elseto notice me? had air pods in as well? she got me some sauce but forgot a straw. It?s ok if she forgot to grab a straw, it?s notok if all the employees have air pods in and they can?t hear when someone asks for something. This place was rude? Read more
Nice lady as cashier, very friendly. Long lines. They ran out of gluten free buns so I got a lettuce wrap. It is more expensive... because it is located in the air port. This is located right before security in the food court. Read more
This is a shame that this is called a Chick-fil-A. NO ONE said, ?My Pleasure? and honestly that?s not the big deal but they... didn?t do the Chick-fil-A rewards and I even used the receipt and couldn?t use them. First off Raine is probably the anti-chick fil a employee of the year. No personality and has zero customer service skills.... Greets you with ?NAME?? This is by far the worst chick-fil-a in the US, and I?ve ate at a lot. Don?t expect timeliness eventhough they are in an airport and only offer 3 menu items. This is not up to the normal standard. You know it?s bad when theMcDonald?s next door has more of a wait. Please close or totally rehire and get a manager that can correct. Read more
