My sandwich was good. And the wait wasn't to bad they were just busy. Customer service was awesome.
The cashier Christina was the rudest cashier I have encountered at any location. Condescending and rude when I asked for... clarification, clearly does not want to be working, and proceeded to ignore and talk over me while ordering. She did not sayhello back to me after approaching the counter. It was the worst experience. Read more
Incredibly quick service and tasty food! Their Chick-fil-A sauce goes great with fries and chicken alike.
Service was not great here. When I was given my food I asked for few sauces, the lady looked at me with an unpleasant face. When... she came back with the sauces I said "Thank you very much." She just gave me that unpleasant face again, then walked away. Thefries were also soggy. Disappointed for sure. First time at a chick-fli-A where I didn't get a "my pleasure." Read more
If I could give zero stars let me tell you I WOULD! It took forever! To get my meal because one person ordered a ton of food and... all the employees were just helping her and the line kept backing up. And their manager was just walking around! And they forgotmy fork and ignored me the first time I asked for one. Read more
First time eating here. The environment was really nice, the decor was super neat, parking was not too bad, our server was very... nice and checked in us frequently, and the food was stellar. I will definitely try them again. Read more
Do not come here if you have any allergy/food requirements - If I could give this location zero stars I would. I made a mobile... order for a southwest salad with no chicken, no tortillas, and no cheese - I am very allergic to dairy and other storesaccommodate this perfectly fine. I pick up my salad and it is covered in cheese, so I go back and apologize but request a newsalad, even offering to pay again - the Manager made me prove my mobile order and was a little off-standing, but I get it,things happen, people make mistakes. I HATE being that guy who send back food but I also don't want my intestines to explode inthe middle of the mall, right? He begrudgingly replaced my salad and when I open this one, the beans, corn, and peppers arefrozen solid. Please note, this is the THIRD time I have received a frozen salad from this location - see picture of iceencrusted salad attached. The managers were lackadaisical and rude when I let them know and sent me away with a frozen salad,asking "well did you at least get your fork and knife?" as if to joke about how poor the experience was. This store is anembarrassment to the Chick-fil-a franchise and the management is a joke. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else. Read more
Food was fresh & delicious. Line was not that long. Loved their peppermint chocolate chip shake!!!
