Nasty food and poor service. Server didn't get the order right. Then took it to the back and had the cook peel off the... cheese...but they didn't get it all off. Also missing ingredients. Then after he quickly dropped the still wrong food off hedisappeared for way to long. Wouldn't make eye contact when he came back into the dining area. We finished the nasty food andwaited for over 10 more minutes for him to reappear. He didn't seem to care that the order was wrong. He just said he would tellthe cook. Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that knows what good food is and expects to be served ina timely manner. Read more

Everything was on point. The nachos fries were seasoned so well and the queso seems homemade - really good. The wings were... crunchy and the sauce didn?t have a chemically buffalo taste. The burger was cooked well done but still juicy. Only complaint isthat the onion rings were a little over cooked. 10/10 recommendation Read more

For the burgers being priced so high youbwould expect they would come out juicy..um nope they were burnt to a crisp. Sent 1... back and then it came back raw as can be! A place called burger theory you would think would know how to cook burgers. Rachelour server was very pleasant. I have been here many times and pleased most of them. The menu says the soft pretzel sticks are baked, but I am pretty sure they... were deep fried. They were good, but I typically try to avoid deep fried food. They have a good beer selection with 8 drafthandles and 24 different bottled beers. Pretty decent burgers, ambiance is a bit blah. Compared to typical hotel lobby dining, this place is excellent. Compared to... other gourmet burger restaurants, it kind of sits in the middle of the pack. Okay service, but like most places these days, feltunderstaffed. Read more

Pretty nice establishment with a wide assortment of beer and wine. Cool and trendy spot any hotel would be happy to have near... their lobby. The burgers are awesome and fresh and you can tell the culinary staff cares about their product. However, theservice from the wait staff is absolutely terrible. No sense of customer service and almost downright rude. I recommend somesecret shoppers to check out exactly what Burger Theory is serving up. Read more
