I ordered my food online. The site says a 30 minute wait, and that's fine. But then a whole hour goes by and there's still no... update. Eventually, it updated and I went to pick it up. The mature lady with the glasses seemed stressed due to the placebeing busy and everyone else was moving kind of slowly. She kept her back to the counter while fulfilling everyone's orders. Iwas impressed by her speed, but not her attitude when she finally turned to me. I told her my order number, and she checked onit. She said it never came through. I had to show her my phone two or three times for her to see the items I ordered. She hadthem make it fresh because it wasn't in their system. That's fine. I didn't mind the wait. When I got it, it wasn't how Iordered it, so I don't think she actually read what I showed her. That's not too big a deal. I said "thanks very much" and got adistracted "uh huh" in response ????. That's also fine. The little lady was moving! She was definitely putting her work in.It's just the verbal communication when addressing customers and attention to detail that she's lacking in. I'll chalk it tothem being pretty slammed inside and at the window. I've worked retail for years, so I know to be patient in that situation, andit wasn't her fault. At least they got me the order and they didn't say I had to pay again, or I had to try to get a refund forthe missing food. All in all, it was good. I inhaled it pretty quickly. I always end up showing up on Jessica's shift and no other store can compare. Food is always hot, customer service is always on... point. Crew is well trained and are always smiling. Store is always clean. Depending on who makes it that day the sweet tea isalways great. Read more
I go into this burger King everyday. There has not been soap in the men's restroom for weeks. I do think know how these workers... are supposed to be cooking clean with no soap. The drive-through person was pleasant however I received a cold Burger so I went back through the drive-through to get another... sandwich and I asked for a warm one. They took the sandwich and took off the top bun and all the cold ingredients and threw theBurger the the microwave and heated so much to were the cheese you can definitely tell was boiling and mostly melted off of thesandwich and just over really hot when I received it I received it. I got what I wished for but just letting you know when youask for a warm sandwich or a new one, you are getting it microwaved. Didn't go back a third time to address this due to workinga long shift and just needed something to hold me over until I got home to cook. Read more
I've lived in the area for years and have visited this place on many occasions. The days I don't feel like cooking are the only... reason I will visit. I've been here for every meal of the day at some point and I swear, it's been the same experience almostevery single time; cold burger and hot fries that taste like old oil. I think I've received a hot Burger maybe a handful oftimes over the years. Otherwise, I have to microwave it when I get home (I like two miles away). The only reason I put twostars is because the staff are usually pretty friendly and fairly quick. But seriously, there are far better options in thearea, go somewhere else. Read more

Soggy chicken, melted shake, undercooked fries, paid for 2 medium fries got 1 small and 1 medium, 40 minute wait inside with one... person in front me; that's it. I used to go here 2x a week, bought stock at $56 a share, selling the moment it hits that again. Read more
