This morning 2 young girls were doing the drive thru. They both need training. Areiahna is the name on my receipt but not sure... if it was the girl with the attitude or the one who needs to be trained on handing change back.... Either way in the customerservice business that's an important thing to do and know. It was a grown man also peeking around the corner not sure if he wasthe manager but they were all staring at me through the window the whole time I was in the drive thru. I assume she saidsomething about me dropping a dime I was given on top of dollars. But their faces showed amusement including the grown man wholooked creepy. The whole visit gave me rachet vibes and they gave me the wrong food... I usually visit afternoon and thoseemployees are so much more professional. Read more

I seen all the advertising for the habernero bacon cheese burger, had to try it. Pull up to drive thru. 6 cars In front of me.... Long story short Very Long Wait for one sandwich. Then when i got it home to try. This sandwich had to be under the heat lightall day long. Very dried out gross old sandwich. If we have to wait in line for you to cook fresh sandwiches. Let me start off by saying I don't ever do reviews on fast food restaurants. However I will make an exception this time. Upon... walking into the restaurant I immediately noticed how clean the facility was. The two ladies behind the counter were very promptand polite to assist us after getting our food we went to our table and sat down to eat at this time I heard the managerspeaking to one of the ladies behind the counter that served our food for us. I was eavesdropping and listened in on theconversation between the two it seemed like to me that the manager was so cordial polite and courteous while he was explainingto his employee why not to put out so many condiment packages I was impressed by how polite and courteous he was to the employeeso I said something to him mentioned to him that I was from North Vernon I was shocked and surprised to find out that he knewexactly where that was this manager is far too good for fast food he's got a gift and he is very cordial and intelligent withhis job the service was awesome the food was good the restaurant was clean I added pictures and a video hope you enjoy if youlike my review give me a thumbs up and hit that follow button Read more

I just went through the drive-through at the 7430 Rockville Rd Indianapolis IN location  to get breakfast and ordered 2 sausage... biscuits with cheese. Jai Ler (employee) confirmed "so no egg." I said that's correct, just 2 sausage biscuits with cheese. Sherang my order as 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits minus egg, making my order over $8. I tried to let her know that my order wasincorrect. I tried to explain to her that sausage biscuits are $1.59, and she argued, "Well, they are more with cheese. I'mtrying to make you a deal here." I tried again explaining to her she was incorrect and was actually charging me more.....atwhich point she became irritated and said "you're right...you know I don't have to serve you!" I pulled to the window, and asshe opened the window, I got a dramatic breath, like she was mad at me for pointing out her mistake that she was charging medouble. This interaction was absolutely ridiculous.  I get to work pull out my biscuits, and they look smashed like someonepurposely flattened them out. I attached a picture. As a customer service manager for over 15 years and understanding howstaffing issues have been lately,  I still wouldn't want this employee working for my company in a customer facing role. Buyer Beware!!!! Be careful of what you order when going through the drive through. The prices are not accurate. I ordered a... #7 small combo meal. As you can see by the picture, the price clearly says $4.96 for a small meal, however, when I came to thewindow to pay, I was asked for $7.15. When I asked why the price was different, the cashier could give me an answer. I askedto speak to the manager. She indicated that the general store manager is the only one that has the supplies to change the priceon the driver-thru kiosk and he has been off for 2 days. I told her I understood but said she needed to charge me for the pricelisted on the kiosk, not the "imaginary" price the customer can't see. She said she could only charge me the price that was inthe computer. She was polite and gave me the corporate office contact number. Sending an email to them and calling them. Theycan't list a price and then charge whatever they want. Read more
