Long story short the night manager needs to be reevaluated for the lack of customer service skills and the actual posted store... times. If it's closed at 12 and not 12:30 change the time or post a sign. I was nothing but polite and I was wanting the buyliterally the easiest item on the menu but she insisted on being rude and sarcastic while I was nothing but polite! Grow up andfind another profession if you don't like working here ma'am . You make the entire store look terrible! 0 stars if I could. Staff here including the manager are unprofessional as F. They were clearly having a bad day and were taking... it out on doordashers coming in through the door to pick up orders. Even blaming one girl for her own bad day when she hadattitude with her once she came in through the door. And this was the manager taking out her bad day on the girl. I really hopethat girl is okay. I called this Burger King to place a order. I simply asked for 3 whoppers and the man on the other side of the phone said, ?You... know we have Caller ID.? I didn?t get the chance to say anything because I knew it would be an arguement so I hung up. I don?tfind this behavior acceptable. Read more
Friendly staff--- however... a bacon cheeseburger should have at LEAST a whole piece of bacon on it. You couldn't even see it... behind the pickles and excessive sauces. That was the saddest bacon cheeseburger I've ever seen.. Come on, you guys can dobetter. Read more
