Drove up to the speaker at 3:40am in the morning on Sep 10th and stood there for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to take... my order. Nothing. Drove up to the window and a girl with a nose ring saw me, I tried to talk to her to let her know somethingwas wrong with the speaker but she just waved me to go around and wouldn?t hear me out nor open the window to explain. Thoughtmaybe the first drive through speaker was broken and to go to the second line. When I went around there was a line at the firstspeaker I was at and everyone in line got frustrated and left while I tried the second speaker. Still no one took my order. Badcustomer service and never was a fan of Burger King but this really makes me not want to eat at BK at all. Read more
The manager is highly disrespectful!! They gave me the wrong food, then she got an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked for... forks for the pies, gave me 1 bbq sauce for 20 chicken fries, and gave me 8 chicken fries instead of the poppers I paid for. Andwhen I asked to speak the the manager her response was ?good thing I am the manager tonight?. And I had to wait to get old coldfood. Read more
They DONT listen! It's not that hard. Meals are always made wrong. It could literally just be you in the line and they still... will make your order wrong. The young girls always have an attitude. I know everyone needs to work but fast food should do abasic reading and listening test before they hire staff. Read more
This place has poor customer service, food isn't hot or good, the staff just doesn't want to work, and the wait times are... ridiculous. This is our 3rd worst experience in a row. We go at 330 AM before picking up family from the airport, the guy sayshis "computer is glitching and it'll take 15 minutes to order", but yet the 8 people in front of us ordered just fine. We comeback at 4:15 AM and all of a sudden there's an hour update that starts at 4 AM and we can't order, even though the person infront of us JUST ORDERED. DO NOT GO HERE, we went to the BK off of Crawfordsville, and they were polite, friendly, and the foodwas piping hot and served us without "excuses". Read more
I feel the Manger Rosie done something to my food I came in for a replacement order they had made wrong. I was irritated that I... had to come inside to get them process my order. I been coming here over six years never felt sick n this one time I get asupposed to be a fresh cook fish sandwich I immediately felt sick after taking a couple bits. I believe she done something tothe sandwich to make me sick. don't go here because they do things out of spike. when they mess your order up they you shouldtake back ever time have them make your whole order over period.
