The food was amazing and ready in a timely manner. The staff was kind. The bathrooms was clean and well stocked.
This place has really gone downhill. So sad!! It is filthy! The windows, the tables, the glass case you see the food through was... so filthy. The bathrooms disgusting! Very little selection of sides and the cornbread was awful, like a knockoff recipe.The kidsmeals were awful and the restaurant had no ketchup! Poor, slow service as well. We ordered delivery and they kept our delivery driver waiting for an hour before getting the food ready. Boston market is... supposed to be relatively quick food. We called to find out why our order was late and we were hung up on. Rediculous. Shutthis location down. Read more
They messed up my whole order and some lady named Samara insulted me multiple times after asking them to politely fix their... order. someone seriously needs to fire her. I've been there a few times before and every time, her attitude has beenunacceptable. And the other manager named Francis, I believe, smells really unpleasant. 1 star. Read more

Lucky to get 3 stars. Because I like the food. These people are rude, mocking me on the intercom in the drive thru. And wheres... ny cornbread with my meal!?!?!? No wonder this company is closing locations all over the country. Be nice like Chick-fil-A.Remodel your restaurants. Update your menu. Keys to success. Being it knew and old workers at the facility. It a little difficult to work with the title they get paid for I love being... Dishwasher and that what I love to do. Now my job is a Carver. Which I didn?t apply for just like I didn?t sign up to be a Manager but I the GM seem think other wise. It is a great place to work and people are very friendly.
