I'm sorry but the poor servers takes the blunt of poor management. Maybe if they would pay more they may have more help! I paid... $2.75 for a half cup of coffee. I would prefer to have hot food other than just warm! I did leave the waitress a good tip, itwasn't her fault that having numerous tables, seating customer after they waited too long, or running to the cash register tocheck people out. They get confused so it takes longer to check out because they are driven by so many directions! Management, same on you! Servers thank you for doing your best fo meet you're customer needs. This location get a single star. Poor service during my visit to pickup a paid online order. The order never came through, I was... told. The manager asked to see my paid receipt of which I showed her. Then I?m told I needed to call corporate office to get mymoney back. After about ten minutes of back and forth, I was offered to have the order fill which I said ,no thank you becausemy lunch break was about over. Read more

The food is always good and our server was wonderful, keeping us updated on the wait. Like everywhere, the restaurant is short... -staffed in the kitchen so it took around 45 minutes to get the food. The host station is another victim of staffing shortages,as she was trying to do the job of the host, cashier, and other jobs, which caused backups even getting checked in, then shestarted calling names and seating folks who came in after us. I've done this job before so I know how easy it is to get mixedup, and sometimes there's a reason people get seated out of order. So be kind. Be patient. It's not the worker's fault that thecompany doesn't want to pay enough to attract workers. Not all restaurant jobs are tipped either. (Host, cashier, cooks,dishwashers, managers) It sounds like they had only one cook on and he was training a kid. Makes sense things would take longer. Read more

I was so disappointed! Our server was friendly and professional but the food was awful! I had ordered breakfast earlier in... the year and it was horrible but I thought it was maybe because it was delivered rather than eaten there. But apparently thisis now the standard. I ordered country fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and biscuits. Thescrambled eggs literally had a slice of processed American cheese product just sitting on top. Not even melted. The quantityof egg and hash browns was maybe what a child?s portion would be. The chicken fried steak was ok I think but I was super hungryand ate quickly. The only good part of the meal was the coffee and the biscuits. This makes me sad and I feel bad for any cook told this is how Bob Evans is supposed to be. Read more

CHECK YOUR FOOD CAREFULLY. Server spilled our drink on the table as soon as we got there and we had to clean it up. Asked... another waitress why our server seemed upset. We was told "that's how she is". I knew i should have left right then. But ithought she could of just been having a bad day. Showed manager the food she said she can't catch every problem there. Also shesaid blueberries got mixed with my eggs. Trying to figure out why they are cooking blueberries with eggs. Pot roast was dry andtasted bad. Salad tasted like it was freezer burnt. But they did give me a discount. Probably wont be back there anytime soon.Place needs to hire different crew. We was there with 4 people and 2 who had not ate there before. Read more
