Great place and great food. The spicy red sauce is to die for! The cashier was the only problem sticking out. He clearly didn't... want to look the part nor do the job. He is a perfect example of someone who doesn't want to work. I couldn't help butlaugh because everyone was working so hard and yet here comes the cashier. It looked completely off that i laughed. Customerservice will hurt with a bad this mentality. I was impressed by the manager keeping their composure in the middle of being sobusy and seeing this young cashier putting his hat down over his eyes so he cant see anything and having a hoddie on like he washiding from someone trying to takes orders like that. The ladies here served me great! My children have allergies and they answered all my questions and prepared the pizzas very... carefully! They washed their hands, switched gloves, were conscience of what serving spoons and cutters they used. I will bereturning. Thank you guys for making my experience great! Read more
I was 1st introduced to Blaze while vacationing in Palm Springs, CA. I enjoyed it so much I went several times in the 1 visit.... The next year Blaze was again my place to eat. Then I saw a location in College Park, MD and went and it to was wonderful. I?vebeen to a location in Richmond, VA and it was good. Now let?s talk about this location in Indianapolis(July 2022.) The pizza wasgood(thank you) but the prep station looked so damn dirty(messy) and the staff was lacking the professionalism that I saw at theother locations. Loud, loud & loud. Very unprofessional. Would I recommend this Blaze location, YES, the pizza was good but Iwas not impressed with the staff at all. Note, just the staff making the pizza and one guy cooking the pizza. Read more
Had high hope because this place had great reviews. Take out experience was awful. Ordered at 11:30am on a Wednesday. The food... was ETA to arrive at 12:30pm. It arrives at 2pm. My poor dash driver was waiting for nearly and hour and half. Offering meupdates more then the actual restaurant. No update or calls came from Blaze. When I called to learn the status I was hung up onafter asking a few questions. Seems like they have a lot to figure out from a time management and service aspect. Pizza wasgood? This was my first time dining in, I usually get it delivered (if I were to rate delivery that I've consumed, it would be a 4... ????). Anyway, walking in it's set up is very akin to Subway except for pizza. The exception is that Subway has a list oftheir sizes, breads, and toppings, Blaze didn't. The girl that was building the pizzas seemed either new, poorly trained, ordidn't want to be there. She was very skimpy on all the toppings (especially for the price of the build your own). They werealso out of many things, but again there was no signs or notes letting you know. You go down this line from choosing your typeof crust all the way down to the oven where you choose dine-in or to-go, then you pay. When your pizza is done they call you. Also, there are more drink choices than the tiny cooler you pass while going down the assembly line. They have a soda fountain. The pizza was the worst one I've ever had from there, my Mother's was worse (they forgot many toppings for the garlic loverspizza). All in all, just order delivery. This is some pretty good pizza. Ordered online for pickup, and it was ready when they said it would be. That's a big plus when... you're ordering from work and have a limited amount of time for your lunch break. I got my usual, the Hot Link. Spicy sausage,banana peppers, and jalapenos with their spicy sauce, finished with a drizzle of Frank's Red Hot. Definitely a friend to anaging heat junkie. Just the right amount of spiciness without making you suffer miserably. But definitely enough for a mildsecond burn. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days? Read more
