This is one of several new Biggby's appearing in the area. They were certainly cranking out the drinks through the drive through... and I was able to sit and visit with a co-worker for a few minutes. I got something different for me, which was an iced mocha.It was pretty sweet but OK. Next time, I'll go back to my more traditional fare of a latte or Americano. Read more

I?d compare this more to Starbucks then a high end local coffee joint - but still good. I like their points system and drink... selection. Their bagel sandwiches are also good. Read more

Took our last opportunity to get some Biggby's before going home to our food desert in WV. The store manager was awesome and... went out of her way to bag us full coffee beans instead of the ground stuff and was even able to get us the bean discount at oursummer place in MI. Will definitely stop by again in the future! Read more
Staff is super friendly and it's very convenient to have a drive-thru. I wanted to try something new this morning, however I... think my drink order might be wrong (ordered a brown sugar latte and seemed to get an iced coffee with sweetener) and thedrive-thru this morning was a 15 minute wait. 4735 e 96th location Stopped for a quick drink. 1st visit to this location. Staff greeted me when I walked in, bathrooms were... clean, main area was swept. I ordered a cold chai drink, yummy. The associate Aaron was great. Nice store, keep up the goodwork. Read more
