My company was putting on a pretzel day for it's employees. It was a last minute thing and we really wanted soft pretzels. We... work in the PNC building, so it was a hop, skip, and a jump. I first called them and the nice man told me to do GrubHub, so Idid. They cancelled my order, but it was a very large order and it was supposed to be ready for us within a few hours. I justran down there and spoke to the nice man and asked if he could do our order, a $200 order. He said no problem. I was a littlenervous that it wouldn't be ready. Pretzel day is a day we all look forward to. My job was on the line. ???? When I showed up2 hours later, the owner, who I can't remember the name of, was so gracious and was packing up the order with his 2 lovelyemployees. Everything was freshly made, and packed nicely so we could carry back over to the building. Customer service isking at this Auntie Anne's. The owner was wearing a Nestle apron so I'm sure you'll get quality there as well, because he ownsboth. So i got a hotdog in pretzel bread, the lady gave it to me like she didn't want to be bothered and the bread was burnt, not... just brown but burnt and hot dog was shrivelled like it was days old, and her excuse was the oven is old and if she took it outany sooner the dough would be raw. My thought, then don't try to sell it! Get the oven fixed! Sell the hotdogs cheaper! Buther attitude just made it even worse, don't recommend going there at all. Read more
Well, I wanted a regular pretzel with cinnamon sugar. Unfortunately they didn't have any pretzels period to dip into the sugar.... I was asked if I minded waiting and I said no. They then made a whole batch of pretzels and then they were about to hand me tworegular pretzels. They ended up blaming it on the guy that took my order who had left for the day shortly after taking my order.So I was asked yet again if I minded waiting and I again said no. During this whole ordeal I watched them burn an entire batchof pretzels and they threw them all into the garbage. It took so long to get me a cinnamon pretzel, they offered me a drink ofmy choosing. I eventually received my pretzel. The wait time had to be at least half an hour. 8:15-8:45pm. Should have beenoffered a refund as well but, Meh. Read more
To be fair the food itself was good. The service is where the ball dropped from the second floor of the mall into the basement... floor. It was terrible because I spoke to the cashier and said hi how are you today? They did not acknowledge my existence, Ithought maybe they did not hear me. I put in my order and my wife is a rewards member. She asked how the points worked and notonly did the cashier have no idea, the staff lead who was there rudely said ring them up and make them scan thier rewards at theend. This was a very poor display of customer service that I observed others after me experienced. I love Aunt Anne?s. However the person working this afternoon had a terrible attitude. She could?ve just been having a bad day.... But don?t let that show in your customer service. Body language 100% showed she did not want to stop what she was doing to helpme, (I?m sure that?s why the people in front of me decided to leave) it was rude, and the pretzel I received was charred. Ididn?t say anything because it was still edible, and I didn?t want to exert the energy to make it a big deal. I understand thatbad days can happen, I Hope her day gets better; or if she doesn?t want to work there then just don?t. The cashier was freaking depressing and rude. She also threw out a lot of food. They told me to come back in 10 minutes so I... came back to have my nuggets. But then they were like ?no, wait another 20 minutes to get your nuggets?. So I was like you aregonna regret this action. Read more
