Tasty fast food, quick service, clean establishment. Quite a large building, with spacious seating capacity.
With the new Chick-fil-A open downtown, this Arby's location needs to be correct each and every time. Gave me the wrong order... today and not even as much as a "sorry" when I brought it back. Literally threw the replacement sandwiches at me and turnedaround. We'll give them a 60-day no visit to think about their conduct...... Went through drive-through tonight the gentleman couldn?t get my coupon to scan so he got the lady manager and she put the code... in. Then they hand me my food and I ordered three beef and cheddars and a large fry and the fries were all tiny and Hard andburnt and cold and the box wasnt even halfway full. She grabbed my fries and was very apologetic and asked them what?s up withthe fries and made fresh fries and that?s the reason I gave them a five star. Staff were really nice and tried to help offset me not being able to get a shake I ordered online, but I?m not a soda/lemonade... type of person. I was pretty upset at first, but a lot of my upset was at a totally unrelated event happening at the same time.Regardless of my personal matters, they did try their best to make it right, but I opted to have customer service just give me arefund for the shake. I appreciate when I receive pleasant and attentive service. The young lady appeared to be working both drive thru and front... counter during what was probably a lunch rush, she handled everything very professionally. She was courteous in requesting thepatience of the inside guests while completing the orders for drive thru.
