Went here with my family, walked in and no one was around, waited 5 min to be helped with the employee with his hat on sideways... walking slowly to the register not even acknowledging i was there or about my wait time. Manager wasnt helping do anything juststanding there watching. Rang up our order wrong, didnt put a toy in the kids meal, didnt fix our order just said we had to paymore to get it fixed. Not including the 15 min we had to wait for our food with everyone standing around, no one in drivethrough, one other customer in the dining room. When i had to go back up there to ask for my kids toy no one helped and the oneperson STANDING on the TABLE in the back told me someone else would be with me, instead of helping me which caused me to waitlonger. I came to get an Uber Eats delivery which most restaurants would have had ready before walking in the door (including every... other Arby's I go to) but it took nearly 15 minutes to be ready on a very slow lunch day. This caused me to lose an $8 tip. Theperson working the front counter seemed incredibly incapable and took forever to bag up any order which was the reason it tookso long. Also considering that two other customers in the 15 minutes I was there came back to the counter because they had foodmissing from their order I would not be surprised if the person forgot something in my order. Again a probable reason I lost anearly $10 tip. Get some competent employees please. I can't deliver from restaurants that I can't trust to do their jobproperly. Read more

I have generally had a good experience at this location, I stop by about every other week or so because my wife likes the turkey... gyros. I've had a few experiences where they leave something out of my order, but generally they get it right. The drive-thruservice is super fast, and the staff is always pleasant. Read more
