Pretty awkward to sit at a menu board in total silence for two minutes before being asked for your order. No cars in drive thru.... Curly fries had no heat, just room temperature. It was alright. The condiments and soda machine were out of order. I'm not sure that I'll eat here again
Most disrespectful employee refused to take our order and I asked her to do her job and then she started screaming profanities... out the drive thru window. Straight trash working there. Read more
Went through the drive through this afternoon. Asked for the new burger and silence. Asked if there was a problem and the person... taking the ordered sounded confused. So, I told him to cancel the burger and I would order a couple of simple beef and cheddarsandwiches. Pulled up to the window and was asked if I ordered different combo's. I said no. That's probably the car behind me.They gave me my 2 sandwiches and I drove home. The amount of beef was minimal on both sandwiches and tough. Their quality ofservice and product continues to decline. Google Maps denotes no dine in however the dining room was open.The cashier, David, was very courteous & respectful. The women's... restroom was clean but no soap. I ordered the turkey Swiss meal. Always issues with this location. I've started going to the other arby's in the area. Last time I came here, they gave me a... burnt classic chicken sandwich. It was so hard that I couldn't bite into it. Yet my jalapeno poppers were cold and so was thefries. Dont go to this location, too many issues! Read more
