Don't come to this Arby's if you want your order to be correct. This is the third time in a row where my order wasn't correct. I... ordered mozzarella sticks and was told to pull forward, they were waiting on fresh ones. I asked for marinara sauce and wasrudely told, "Yeah, it comes with it" So why, when I got my order, was there no marinara sauce? And I wasn't given any napkins,either. And the fresh mozzarella sticks? Cold, hard. Very racist place because I feel targeted. Don't waste your time cominghere if you're white. Read more
The food selection is always great at Arby?s but on this day the service was not what I expected
Apparently at 6 PM they were ?only open for door dash or Uber ears? what kind of fast food place isn?t open of drive through?!
The worst customer service ever. Manager was racist and was cursing under her breath, food was stale and the soft drinks barely... had any carbonation in it. Got incorrectly charged for my order but they were very unfriendly when we asked for a refund. Notworth the money, or your time. Go somewhere else. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Every time we go to this Arby's we have a good experience. Can't remember the young man's name (he worked 12/21 drive thru) but... he is always polite and accurate. Our food is always fresh and correct. We go out our way to go to this Arby's because of him.We appreciate him and his customer service. Thank you young man. Great job. Keep it up. Read more
