Said they were out of roast beef and my dad asked to give himself a minute because he was surprised that a Arby's had no roast... beef and a guy at the mic was chill but then there was a lady who interrupted and started calling my dad out and saying he needsto calm down and she just yelled at him at him when he was thinking about what to get since they were out. If that lady was anemployee or manager she needs to get fired because you don't talk to a customer like that for just being confused why an Arby'shas no roast beef. It's like going to McDonald's and they are out of patties and you act surprised and an employee yells at youfor being disrespectful. If the owner sees this he needs to fire that lady pronto! Katurah was very rude. Got a small meal when I ordered a large, which wasn't a big deal so I kindly said I had ordered a large,... to which she responded, "Well you got a small." with a tone, and walked away from the window. Loved this location until thishappened. Read more
This was my first time at this Arby's in oaklandon Indiana enter the building and precede it to use the restroom first wash my... hands came out in order but before I even got ordered or even I got acknowledged it took probably 3 to 4 minutes and I was theonly one in line tried the jalapeno chicken which was very pleasant enjoyed it I may come back for another jalapeno chicken butI think I might go through the drive-thru and see how well they do Read more

Food was good, however, the drive-thru gentleman could have offered better customer service.
Customer service training. This is fast food if they can provide fast food they need to close it. Window employee disrespectful,... unporfessional and rude. Very slow! Idk who works the drive through but fast food means FAST food.
