They have mastered the art of first food, the burgers come real fast and are well stuffed.
Management and staff are snotty and combative. I went thru the drive up and an employee screamed into the microphone and... laughed. They never took my order. I had to go to the 1st window to get someone's attention. I then ordered. When i got myorder, my burger was cold and I asked for a warm one. They reheated it until the wrapper was charred, cheese was burnt into thewrapper, and it was too hot eat. The burger was still hot 55 minutes later. Read more
Just went through the drive through (7/10/22, 5:45pm). Had issues with our mobile order (got the wrong sandwich). Went inside to... request a new one and the MANAGER argued with me over the counter for 5 minutes, then purposely crushed the sandwich I didreceive and sent me away. Calling corporate now. Save yourself some time and go to Wendy's right down the road. TERRIBLESERVICE. Was almost like 90% of all fast food chains, the person takes the order makes me feel like I am begging for food not paying for... it! The ask you to order when ready but they don't let you speak without interrupting you and they don't listen. Ordered andpaid for large fries and received small size. Read more
Update.. they made it right as they could and the chicken sandwich is good Well... I'm sitting here waiting for food. Watching... people for 20 minutes come in after me .... Getting their food. So ... Nice service. The lady who took my order gets the star ?... Ridiculous. Fast food.... Not so much. Read more
