Lovely place but service can be a bit slow at times for no apparent reason. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the bill to be... brought to us after asking for it several times and the restaurant wasn't busy or full. Read more

If you are eating here it is most likely because you are staying at the Renaissance Esmerlada and it's the only sit down dining... option. I've had breakfast here a few times during stays over the years. The food is aggressively mediocre but the lack ofculinary quality is balanced by the staff, who are unfailiningly polite and professional. You can get a prepaid breakfastbuffet with your room stay which I've never done but it looks like a decent deal. Prices are of course mildly ridiculous but notabsurdly so. Read more
Very limited menu choices. A little disappointing really. Burger was bland, salad very small and the chocolate cake for desert... was very dry and could have used sauce or condiments. The restaurant only had 5 other people in it- now we know why. Weexpected more for the price and the quality of resort. Do yourself a favour and eat out somewhere else. Read more
Quick and to the point. Service was good. Quality of food was absolutely horrible. Ordered a medium well burger and it came out... DRY. Might as well have gotten a piece of beef jerky in between bread. My wife ordered a steak and sent it back twice becausestill undercooked BOTH TIMES. For the prices you pay here these kind of problems should not be occurring. Either get a newcook or put up a new restaurant. Read more
We stayed at the Marriott Renaissance 2/27/21-2/28/21. The service was a strong 4 stars, the breakfast however, was the most... bland and tasteless my wife and I have EVER experienced. Not acceptable for the price you pay. The waiters and waitresses werewonderful and very attentive. Read more
