Wasn't expecting much going into it. Prices are fair for sure. Food was good ish, sauces didn't hit any good notes for me.... Checkout was disorganized and staff was not in "teamwork" mode, seemed to have some issues going on amongst each other and tookme Awhile to get change due to the drawer being empty. Read more

Some Zaxby's I go to have an awfully slow drive thru. This drive thru was fast and efficient. The mini chicken sliders I ordered... were perfect. They skimped on the fries a little but luckily the sliders were enough to satisfy me. If you go to any Zaxby's Isuggest you go to this one. Cleanest and fastest I've been to around the Charlotte area. Will definitely be going here for lunchmore often. Read more

Dine in: The food was as good as usual, but the service wasn't great. My husband had to get up a few times to request things... that we were all missing from our meals. Also, there weren't any lids out for our drinks. Overall I'm glad that we decided toeat in because I'm not sure what our drive through order would have been like. Read more

This Zaxby's location is without a doubt the best Zaxby's I've been to. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are always... friendly. I really admire the fact that they, unlike most other nearby fast-food restaurants, have handle recent staffingshortages in stride. When they are short-handed they are always courteous enough to be up front about it and ASK THE CUSTOMERif they mind waiting. WHAT!? Yes, you read that correctly, they value your input as a customer. The food is always terrific,amazing fries! I really can't say enough good things about what a good job they do at the Indian Trail Zaxby's. Read more
