We eat here every week, and our favorites include The Trail House Pasta, Mom?s Meatloaf, wings, fish & chips, and now their new... Key West Grilled Chicken. The Philly Cheesesteak is the BEST, hands down!!! Their hostesses and wait staff are very friendly,and provide great service! Read more
Second Time?s The Charm! Visit #1: The staff was super nice and friendly. The food was great. So what went wrong? No one... working the front door when we entered. Seven minutes before a hostess returned to the podium. She was sitting down with friendswhile we waited. Almost an hour for food after ordering. Took a while to get orders placed as well. Food delivered in stages,and without silver ware to eat it. Had to flag down a busser to get silver, and to get the check delivered. Might go back, butnot on a Saturday night. ******************************************** Visit #2: Went back early on a Saturday. Much better allaround and food was still great. I went to a Bachelorette party here a few weeks ago for my first time. I had a blast!!! The food was great, as we had a private... room with catering. Just moved with my parents and they said the place was great so we went. However I was refused a kids meal when I asked. I don?t... really care about paying full price for meal, I have a sensitive stomach and prefer to eat a kids meal because it?s simple andsuits me since I?m super picky. I checked the menu and it doesn?t have any age requirements for the meals. I?ve attached aphoto. It was just really annoying because I went with my family and basically couldn?t eat. My father ended up asking for akids meal and said it was for my younger cousin. It was embarrassing. Everyone in my family seemed to like it, but if you are apicky eater and just want some safe food I do not recommend coming here :( Read more

Wow there was a baby roach in my partner?s glass and Chad our waiter took it away and got him another tea, wow!!!! You would... think that a manger or someone would come out and apologize but no one did. The meatloaf was terrible but I have to say Chadtook it off our bill. Chad was good as far as waiter. My son and daughter gave him a 20% tip. No one even apologized wow??. Read more
