If I could give zero I would. I try to give the benefit of a doubt but now it has happened too many times. Tonight I went and... got me and my husband food, I was rushed when placing my order in the drive through. The guy at the window was very nice. I gethome to see they left out food again. My husband takes the food back and they give him a hard time because THEY didn?t give me areceipt, than they said they can?t do a refund and they shouldn't make the food over and only give us what was left out. All thefood is now cold because he had to come back to get it fixed, so it is fair to make it all over. Than they said we reallyshouldnt do it at all being it has been close to 45 minutes, I?m sorry we dont live close and your employees can?t look at ascreen and make food correctly. Than when he gets the food for a second time, THEY still make it wrong and leave food out. Thisis ridiculous, I hope no one has to deal with this, they really need to get it together. So now I have wrong food again and I?mout 24.00, that I rounded up for the Taco Bell fund, what a joke. I even tried to call twice and no one answered it literallyrang until the phone went back to a dial tone. My family and I have had issues here every single time. Tonight no different. They had us wait at the order speaker for an... extended amount of time before we could pull up to the window with no cars ahead of us?. Why? Once we got our order we pulled toa parking space because I always check the bags since we do mobile orders. Our nacho fries were STONE COLD and NEXT TO EMPTY! Ithen went inside and politely explained to them, and hear I assume the manager on shift say ?they are cold but ain?t stonecold?. I?m sorry but I paid for HOT FRESH food expect it to atleast be somewhat WARM. I was given warmer fries, but it?slaughable at the amount of fries given. I?m so upset. I have a 1 1/2 year old who one of the fries were for. So we ended upgiving the baby our fries so he could be content. Also not to mention every taco was broken and sloppy, as well as the burritos.I shouldn?t have to roll my families burritos after reconstructing the fillings back inside for them to be able to eat. I am allergic to red meats( pork and beef) . I love that taco bell has veggie options but the FACT that almost every time I... order the veggie Mexican pizza at this location they give the the Regular one with meat. Somehow did not have Unsweetened Tea. Only drinks they had period today were Sweet Tea and Orange Juice. Got the sweet tea... that was basically sugar syrup and unfit to drink with how sweet it was. Normally the only disappointment I get from Taco Bellis with myself after eating it. Today I got to have disappointment before the food even touched my mouth. Read more

Sadly, I have given up on this Taco Bell location. I?ve been many times, because of the convenience of it, but EVERY time I go... for breakfast, they are never open when they should be. They open at 8:00am, at least they are supposed to, but every time I getthere closely after that, they?re still closed? & then when they finally do open (yesterday they didn?t open until 9:30-10:00),they make you pull around to the front to wait even longer!
