Only ordered 3 happy meals, service was a little slow. After leaving & looking through the Halloween pails we noticed only 1 was... done correctly. One bucket only had nuggets in it, it's sides were in the cheeseburger pail. So the cheeseburger meal wascompletely missing its double fries. Read more
I mean do I really need to review this place? Anywhere you go in the WORLD you can find a McDonald's....and anywhere in the... world it all looks and tastes the same. If you don't see the problem in that, then there is nothing anyone can tell you and youshould just keep eating McDonald's. Read more
This location gets an A+ for its 100 sanitation grade. Now, let?s see if this place can bring the service and food quality up to... speed. The day of my visit, this place was not crowded. Food took a little while getting to me so I figured I was getting freshoff the griddle and fresh out of the fryer food. That was not the case. My burger was dry and the french fries were cold. I hadto go retrieve the drink that was not brought to me in the first place. The young gentleman behind the counter just kind ofstood around, filled up the tea, stood around some more, and then brought it. The manager is a real go getter, she was all over the place, drive thru to front register, taking orders and filling the orders... too. She's definitely a very hard worker but very friendly too. She did the work of 3 employees! She deserves a raise! She tookmy order and got it to me quickly! I'll definitely be going back there! Read more
Went by there this morning, 07 Sept. 2022, at 0534 for a quick small Mocha Frappe. Paid for it, got it and left. While driving... to work, put the straw in and took a big sip. Dang it they sold me a frappe with Spoiled Milk and it sucked so bad I had tothrow it away. I have been calling them all day and no one will answer the phone. I called back at 2022 tonight and let it ringuntil someone hung up on me. I have even wrote the owners organization and no response. What a way to run a business! Went there several times but will not go again. I live down the street so I gave them a try a couple times to give them a chance... since I love McDonald?s when it?s good. Every time I went the food was cold and there would be extra long wait times. Every timeI would have at least a 5 minute wait sitting at the speaker to order. Read more
So I usually come here for breakfast or lunch and never came for dinner before . We had great service in other times but this... evening we had a terrible experience! We went to order in drive threw and asked the lady to wait one second and she purposefullyleft us waiting 4 cars later and we only didn?t wait more because my husband went up to the window politely saying something isprobably wrong with your speaker . But that was not the case she was mad because we asked her to wait and left us waiting andwaiting on purpose! Read more
I always come to this McDonald?s and the employees are usually so mean and aggressive but I went today and everyone was so happy... and helpful. I love that and makes me want to keep going to this location. Continue the great work! Read more
