If I could give a zero I would. Horrible service. Ordered via DoorDash, 15 mins later I received a call saying no driver is... available and I can pick up. I declined and was advised I would be credited back at the end of the night. I?m on day 3, no moneyback and have called the store on several occasions. Workers are picking up screaming into the phone making noises and tofinally no one answer. I will be calling corporate Monday. This is ridiculous. This franchise owner should be ashamed. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on 8/4/2022 for delivery to my work. An Hour and 15 minutes later still no... delivery. I called five times to ask what the issue was and no one answered . Finally an Hour and 20 mins later I finally get acall saying that they didn't have anyone to deliver my order and asked if I wanted to pick it up. I said no because I was notable to leave work which is why I wanted my food Delivered. I was told by the rude employee that they would refund my money andthat I should see the credit in 3 to 5 business days. Here it is 8/25/2022 and still no refund. I called the store and the rudeemployee said we can give you a store credit and I said I don't want a credit because this is the 2nd issue I've had with yourlocation and I don't plan on coming back. I said I would like to speak to a manager . I was put on hold and I assume it was themanager that got on and he said you don't want a credit or a free sandwich . I said no I don't ! He then said very rudely wellwhat is it you want me to do then? I said would like my money back . He then hung-up on me and now they will not answer thephone. This Jimmy John's Owner must have no clue what goes on in his store or he just doesn't care. Either way I will never goback!!!! They were out of tomatoes and told me someone went across the street to get some. After 20 min, I told them to give me the... sandwhich without. I had to buy my own tomato. Cold cuts taste like someone poured salt on them. Didnt they know they wereout of tomatoes the night before? This place is run by uneducated kids. Never going back Read more
We have ordered from here a good bit, we will not be ordering from Jimmy John's anymore. This will be the 3rd time the order was... over 30 minutes late. Can't get anyone to answer the phone and the delivery person has no clue what is going on. Read more
Our entire order was incorrect. Our office ordered 4 sandwiches and not a single thing on one of the 4 was correct, except the... bread/lettuce. My sandwich was a turkey avacado beach sandwich, and was missing the turkey and avocado, and everything else Iasked to be included and only came with cheese and cucumbers, my coworkers sandwich came with ham and bread and lettuce only (and lettuce was the one thing he asked to be left off ) We received the wrong drinks, and whole pickles - not halved orquartered as requested. The delivery driver called us 20 minutes after the order was placed and said they could not deliver, andwe would have to wait an additional time span (40+ minutes) or come pick up the order.... nightmare all the way around. Incorrect order was provided, I made an online order for pickup and picked it up then brought it home. My instinct was to... check the order onsite though all sandwiches were taped closed. So not to be that person, I ignored my instinct and trustedthose responsible for making already ridiculously over priced sandwiches. The order was not made correctly and ruined withmayonnaise which I do not care for at all. The staff was polite but not paying attention which occurs all too often. I know Iwill not be compensated for this, it's disappointing to know and expect this level of accuracy and attention span expected toimprove with entities such as Jimmy John's but it does/will not. It's a reflection of poor company expectations, accountabilityor metrics and leadership. I will not order from Jimmy John's sgain and do not expect them to improve this type of situation. UPDATE: Even though there was a "response" below from "the owner" I want to clarify that I HAVE NOT been contacted by the actual... franchise owner and their attempts to resolve the situation is to basically ignore the issue and hope a $10 gift card fixes theproblem. Spoiler: It doesn't. -------- I normally love Jimmy John's, but this is the last time I'll be ordering from thislocation. I did an online order for a customized sandwich where I added about $5 worth of ingredients to the order. My wife wentand picked up the sandwich and I noticed that NONE of the items I requested be added were made. Simple enough, mistakes happen.I called the store and asked them to just give me a refund for the extras since they messed up the order and they told me it was"against their policy" to refund a customer unless I drove back over there and gave them back the sandwich. Order food online this morning for a delivery around 11:00/11:15 called store at 11:30 asking about order and the guy said that... he delivered it to another business at 10 am this morning!! Like really????? This isn?t the first time this has happened! Irequested a full refund!! This is insane! Will never order from there again!!! Read more
