Finally writing this review after at least 5 messed up orders in the past few months Today I waited at least 15 minutes inside... for a take out order. I was the only one there. My burger basket was done, and I heard the cook clearly say that they did notdrop the chicken tenders for my second basket order. So I waited 10 more minutes. All the while I was standing there watchingmy food get cold. The front desk person said well at least your tenders will be fresh! I said what about my food sittingthere? He assured me my fries would be hot. Well I left and guess what? They were cold and soggy. And the burger was coldand bun was gross. 5 bad experiences with this restaurant and I'm done. Read more
So, I went through the drive through and ordered a double with bacon meal. The young man who took my order had to make several... trips to get the items I requested in my order. I had to wait 20 for my order which wouldn't have been a problem if my burgerwasn't crunchy ( both patties burned and served to me for over $12) I have had better from this location however thisexperience was very disappointing. I ended up giving the food to my dog who thought it was a treat. I hope if I go back it'll beback to the burgers I enjoy. Read more
This is my third and last time here. They always leave something off my order. Unacceptable for overpaid service industry... personnel. Not the restaurants fault. That is the push of Brandon and his sheep. I ordered a 2 pc fish combo with 2 sides. Onlyreceived 1 side. Had to request tartar after order was given to me. Fish was okay (needed seasoning, I added at home), mashedpotatoes were instant, and I can't comment on the slaw that was left out. The cost is too high for fast food. Combo was $12.99plus tax. Much better options out there for the $. I can think of at least 6 other restaurants at the Sun Valley crossroad. Read more
I've been to Culver's in different cities in the past, but this one provided the worst service. It seemed like there was a... severe lack in leadership. All of the employees were just sauntering around and not giving customers their full attention. Itseems like they had no pride in their work/service. My fiancée and I waited over 15 minutes for two plain cheeseburgers andone regular fry. Then we ordered milkshakes that were made, but placed in a cooler. We discovered that after waiting 10minutes. Absolutely disgraceful service and I honestly feel bad for owner/manager. These kids that work in there aren't worthwhat you're paying them. My advice: DON'T come here, you'll regret it. I have only ever been here one other time. There was a little confusion when i ordered today between "smoothie" vs "cooler" when... i asked for a lemon ice with strawberry BUT they quickly fixed it and the strawberry lemon cooler is absolutely amazing!! Easily the worst burger I?ve ever ordered was from this location. Looks like the sandwich was stepped on and the beef is a... pancake. Is this even meat!?! And they omitted my kids meal fries. Thanks for making my 7 year old cry!. Read more
Tonight's visit through the drive through was another disappointment since it makes the second consecutive visit where we were... shorted an order of fries. Now I do know that this store is understaffed but getting a drive through order right takes no moreeffort than to compare what goes in the bag with the ticket. No college degree or rocket science is required to get a basicorder filled correctly. I think we are done with this place since it has obviously gone downhill fast since it opened.
