Terrible service. Needs to be under new management or find some new employees ASAP!!!! This location is getting worse and worse.... Just absolutely poor customer service. Very lazy and not prompt at all. Was first car and ONLY car in drive thru and waited foralmost 10 minutes.... then had to pull around, park and go inside and order because the black guy with the beard in the drivethru refused to acknowledge me and take my order. Very inconvenient and very poor attempt to provide good customer service in atimely manner. This place really needs a shake up and get back to being the place it was when it provided fast and excellentcustomer service. God food poisining and threw up.... when I called the store to complain i was given a obnoxious attitude and all they did was... argue with me and tell me food poisining takes longer then 24 hours to show. And there no way I had food poisoning. Read more
What a joke cookout is. That big double burger was 2 tiny little oval patties that didn't even make a single patty. I got more... onion than Burger. Burger also looked like they stepped on it before I got it. This location has been lacking in quality, but Ifigured why not give them one last chance. They ruined that. This place is usually really good!! Only time they fail is when they?re swamped with teenagers!! No complaints!!! I used to be... one of them? Great milkshakes here!they?ll listen to what you want as along as they?re not suuper swamped! Anyway they?reusually really good and speedy especially since they usually have a really long line! OMG my friends had the blueberry and cheesecake with chocolate chips shakes and said they are incredible. I wanted a small... lunch but ordered the the chicken strips but should have ordered the nuggets instead. I thought they were like most places'chicken strips...three long thins strips of chicken. However, they are surprisingly large and are really like three friedchicken breasts so get sauce. However, they were delish and are they only 600 calories and a great value. Read more
Inexpensive but consistently good food. One of the few places you can still grab a corn dog (as a side item, too - double dog... dare ya!). Lots of choices for shakes. Good selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches, dogs and sides. Read more
I was surprised by this fast food joint. I was expecting ok food but it was really good. I will come back. The meal deals were... reasonable. This place has more options also then the average fast food joint between main meal and side. Highly recommended it. Read more
