I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub from there, and they hardly put ANY chicken
My husband made the mistake of going to this subway instead of the one in Bryan?s Road again. Ordered off the subway app. They... have gotten the order wrong every time. It is not hard to put things on bread. It is not hard to NOT toast the bread. It is nothard to make sure when you are done that the order is correct. But here, it is that hard. I love subway. And because it?s conveniently close I gotta keep reminding myself to go past there and to the location in Bryan?s... Rd. The customer service is really bad. The male owner is very rude and very bitter I feel like when I go there it?s onlytowards me. Idn but I will not spend another dime here. This place needs new management or they may need to hire new folks andjust stay at home. The wife is kind of rude as well but I think she feeds off of his energy or either she?s afraid of him. The owner (male) is extremely rude and needs a course on customer service being that he is a business owner. The first time I... came in, I swept his attitude under the rug thinking that maybe he was having a bad day, however the second time I visited thisestablishment, he was rude again (it?s only when you have questions) I will not come back to the Subway in Indian Head and willhowever drive a further distance to another one to avoid the rudeness. I?ll give them three stars the food wasn?t bad nor was the service but our first experience was.. wow just wow ???????? I saw... people complaining about the employees being a little less than enthusiastic and boy did we see why the employees are this way!I say this because on my husbands very first experience there, a random guy came in subway, went behind the counter and was allup in the employees face. Perfect franchise. I knew what to expect. I got a protein bowl and it was exceptional. It was enough for two meals!
