I used to love this place, but it's not worth it unless you eat in. Every delivery has some kind of problem, the pizza is soggy... in the middle, crust is burnt black, pizza is less than lukewarm, they forget some of the sides, and EVERY TIME I order a Greeksalad WITH NO feta? it comes with feta! I can't eat feta, so... I basically pay $13 for something I have to throw out OR spend along time digging out the EXTRA olives and pepperccinis I PAID for and other parts of the salad and hope I get as much of thefeta off as possible. The food *can be great*, but it's not worth the BS to get delivery (the delivery people are always nice,so it's not their fault!) If they screw up the order, you're just met with arrogance or ignorance when you call back to get theorder fixed or get something replaced. Read more
I took my wife there for her birthday. The server was good, but the food sucked! The pizza was burned, and far too crunchy! The... prices were way beyond what we expected, and way too much for what we received! We are from NY State, and judging byPizzaVola's ad we envisioned a NY Style pizza. Ohh how we were disappointed! This was the Indian Harbour restaurant. What awasted trip we made to go there. We threw away most of our food. Won't be returning there! Read more
If you like your Eggplant Parmesan sliced razor thin to the point where there's 6 times as much breading as eggplant, this is... your spot. Looking for your side of pasta to be swimming in so much water that it looks more like diluted tomato soup withnoodles? Check this place out. OMG worst pizza iv ever paid for? super cold and tuff. Took 1 hour & 30 minutes just for the delivery? annoying cause they said... it would be 25-40 minutes I don?t usually write reviews but this was so bad, I mean jacks frozen pizza would probably be moreworth it and better quality, I?m a 23 year old kid who eats pizza and junk food etc and I?m telling u right now DONT ORDER FROMHERE ? little ceasars probably got better service ???? Clean and fresh, delicious and accommodating for our family of 4, including 2 small children. The kids loved their water cups... with nice lids and straws, printed with dolphins and sea life on them. The cheese bread and marinara were amazing, the pepperonipizza, wings and wedge salad incredible. They serve you oily/garlicky focaccia bread as an appetizer. Also very good. Niceatmosphere and they were open till 10pm, perfect after a long day of driving and getting settled into the area late. Read more
Usually love this place but the last two times have been a horrible experience. This time it took 2 hours to get 1 pizza and an... order of wings and when I called to see if it was getting delivered soon I was given attitude as if it?s crazy that I wanted toknow if my food was coming soon. Then the kicker we ordered our favorite the grandma?s pizza because it?s usually more thanenough for 2-3 people and this time this pie was about 4 slices of pizza. Gonna have to find a new favorite place because I itseems like the quality went down at Pizzavola. Read more
I asked for them to deliver our pizzas lightly cooked this isn?t the first time this keeps happening. I called one of the guys... answered said he was one of the managers he said we didn?t deliver to u. I told him they did but obviously he didn?t know whathe was doing so he said district manager was there I waited on the phone for him for over 20 mins.
