A true 5 star restaurant, We went while on vacation over in Indialantic FL. We were truly impressed by the food. I had the rack... of lamb which is the best I have ever had. The decor is wonderfully romantic and the waitstaff were amazing. With the quality,presentation and flavor were Michelin Star Quality. If you are in the area stop in and have the best. Super, meal and service. Natasha was great. Had great lamb chops,, everything was well seasoned and tasty. Pesto dip is great.... Wine list was above average and had some very nice bargains. A little pricey maybe but if u can cook it as good or better thanme I'll pay you. Will return!! Read more
Scott has been teaching classes at Florida Academy of Baking and has got my husband cooking more at home, food that is amazing... and with smaller classes. He?s been amazing at giving instructions in a fun environment with tip and tricks to get the mostflavorful from food. If you live Gus food, look for his classes, you won?t regret it. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. We happened to go there by chance and man, are we happy we did!! The place is AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE from... the incredible food, to the decor that will make your eye travel (do make sure to check out the murals in the bathroom) tochatting with the other guests - and you will find someone from your town, no matter where you are from! The Owner / Chef is atalented, sweet man, who puts his heart into everything in this marvelous place - which explains the amazing food and thedecor. Food is SOOOOOO good, and presented marvelously. What an incredible dining journey! So many amazing choices both on the menu and the specials, it was nearly impossible to... choose. The dining room is visually stimulating,that really comes alive as the sun goes down. Our waitress Kayleigh wasincredibly attentive, and obviously puts in a lot of time learning the menu and the specials, she creatively describes everyplate and option. Ask for her, she is wonderful. From start to finish, every course was delightful, fresh, creative, colorful,and satisfying. Chef Scott is so incredibly talented. My wife and I can't wait to visit this local gem again soon! The best rack of lamb, I have ever had that includes Michelin Star restaurants on the West Coast. The service was perfect. ...
