do not get the chicken, grey-brown instead of white, taste awful, service isn't great
The Ocean Grille is located inside the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront Hotel and is truly a hidden gem! The menu is chocked... full of favorites with something for everyone. I had the Grilled Florida Salmon tonight and it was excellent. The food was wellprepared and the presentation was spot on. My server/bartender was absolutely wonderful and was very attentive. What a disappointment ???? First, the actual restaurant dining room was closed so I had to eat in the bar. Next the shrimp was... frozen not fresh so I didn't order that. The crab cakes I was told was made in house so I ordered a crab cake sandwich. Thesandwich was mediocre at most and I am still hungry so I will order something to be delivered. I had reviewed this menu onlineprior to staying at the hotel and was very excited to try it out. What a waste of money and time. Lastly the waiter left much tobe desired. There were not very many patrons in the bar yet my water became empty and stayed that way for a while. Also I hadtold the waiter that I would order a drink after dinner and again I had to wait. This is not what I would expect from a Hiltonproperty especially one that is oceanfront. Fresh seafood and great service is a must. Read more
I had a wonderful dinner with three friends on Thursday the 14th, we all enjoyed our dinner and great service by Justin, my only... question is WHY does the music have to be so loud.
