I hate to leave a negative review, but do not go here, they are so incredibly understaffed the last 3 times ive came here ive... had to wait longer then twenty mins (30 mins for the most recent) and every time i've been given the wrong sandwich. Managmentneeds to step up and hire more people so they can do some quality control. Read more

After work, twice, I attempted to make a purchase at 10 PM. I patiently waited. No answer. I called, no answer. I drove to the... drive-through window to speak to the cashier who looked at me and walked away! I could see their individuals in the buildingbit they would purposely walk away and not take my order. So I drove to the parking space and observed. Other cars did similarbehaviors then drove away in frustration (you can hear a few yelling.) Wendy?s need to update their service hours on Googlebecause apparently you can?t get any takeout food after 10 pm. So why stay open to pay employee wages if they refuse towork? There?s plenty of other healthier food options out there that you can choose from if you need to have food late night. Iwould not recommend this company as it does not provide consistent service. Ordered a chili in addition to burgers and fries. Asked cashier if the spoon for the chili was in the bag as she gave me the... order. She turned and asked another person if the spoon was put in the bag. The cashier looked at me and said that the spoon wasin the bag ....the other worker said yes. Went to eat in the park. You all know what happened....first time to eat chiliscooping it out with French fries and crackers! Thanks alot for that spoon and shame on the worker that wasn't truthful... itwould have only taken you 5 seconds to put it in the bag.
