Horrible Horrible customer service my daughter ordered online for a pick up order, order was placed at 12:03pm she had to be at... a school event by 12:30 we arrived approx 12:15. She went in to pick her smoothie up and she was ignored by the staff, the placereeked of weed, music blaring, the staff was rude and seemed to be to busy entertaining their friends/family and making surethey had what they wanted to eat drink before taking care of the customer. She finally received notice her smoothie was ready at12:44pm a little too late. I did try calling to speak to a manager to get my $8 dollars back but no luck reaching anyone to helpme. Imagine that!! Horrible can?t follow basic directions I hate a smoothie that?s like water if I wanted a juice I would have ask for one.... Understand short staff but if I?m paying my money make it how I asked. Too busy listening to rap music I guess. Read more

I just ordered a classic acai bowl that took 20 minutes to make and was late to a work conference. We they finally gave it to me... it was completely melted like soup,we I payed 8.50 on it! Read more
Customer service was fantastic and the crew that was working when I was there were very kind. I have absolutely no complaints in... fact I only have compliments for the employees working. The value of the salad is the only issue I have. This is essentially theequivalent of a side salad at any fast food restaurant with the equivalent quality of lettuce and tomato, cheese and carrots.This was $6.50 (with chicken), A tad disappointing for the amount of salad provided.
