Went into this Jimmy johns for lunch. Me and my co worker notice that they cutting the tomato slices in half!!! HALF!! Putting... them on the sandwich! We both called them out on it! Like are you really trying to same money by cheating your customers oncutting the slices in half! I?ll never go back. The Jimmy johns downtown on st.Clair takes care of their customers! Went in for a Vito. We have always asked for the middle bread they throw out to be wrapped in with sandwich. SCOTT ( the 40 ish... year old professional manager. ) Said it is policy to throw it out...WE HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN IT THAT WAY SCOTT. We walked out.How ridiculous! Took f.o.r.e.v.e.r. to get my 1 measly sandwich and I live like 4 miles away from the Rockside Rd. location. Just wish the app... would be better at updating where the order is in the process (e.g., if there's an order ahead of yours they're dropping off, ifthe location is slammed with orders, etc.). Ordered because they tout they are "freaky fast" but, lordt, they were freaky slow. Read more

This is the worst Jimmy John's in the Cleveland area. Orders are almost always wrong or poorly made. The guys working there... don't know their own menu, which isn't surprising because they're so incredibly stoned they probably don't know their own names.This isn't a one time problem, this is consistent over half a dozen or so visits.
