I was the only person inside. After I ordered and paid, I watched drinks being made. Understandably, some of those were for the... drive-thru. However, several drinks were placed in front of me, but they were online orders for people who weren't there yet. Iwaited at least 5 minutes for my drink. I feel like the people who are waiting should get their drinks before drinks are madefor people who aren't there yet. I felt like my in-store order was given less priority than online orders. Why?? This is the best place to be at for every reason you could think of. The people are BEYOND nice, diligent, open-minded,... professional, I mean I haven't found a reason to fault this place. If nothing is going on, they are maintaining a clean facilityand ensuring things are prepped and ready to go for the next customer. I feel like a person and an individual E V E R Y singletime I walk in there. They have everything I need with the beyond reasonable accommodations. They are a home away from home ifnot more for some of us who live...an alternative lifestyle.
