I placed my order online through doordash. When I received my order it was wrong. I received a hotdog with onions I did not... order and did not get the chili cheese fries I did order. When I called the store they said I would have to go there (thereason I placed an order was so I didn't have to go out. When I told them that they told me I would have to contact doordash.Doordash did not make the mistake. Management doesn't care about the food or customer service. That is clear by reading thereviews. Stopped by on my way home on 9/1/22, waited almost 20 minutes in line, to be told they wouldn't take orders unless it was only... drink or ice cream. Because they were too busy thats what you're in business for. You should of had someone outside tellingpeople that before they waited 20 minutes to be turned away. Lost my business, will drive 20 minutes before you get a singledime of my money again. Extremely poor guest service. One guest who gets bad service tells everyone they can. Read more

Ordered off the app... It took over 30 min once I got there to get my mozzarella sticks and route 44 strawberry Dr pepper.... Ordered drink without ice even told the carhop I wanted this without ice, her response was I didn't make it sorry... Will not beback!!! Read more

Great service, outstanding customer service, super friendly. Only single solitary complaint would be how terribly loud it seems... that the music is. Really could come down quite a bit on the tunes. The first time my app works and they are out of something I ordered but not only can they not refund me and I have to call the... app to do so.... The manager (who had to be 18-20 Max) said she wasn't trained on the app and had no idea how to help me call. Iaccepted none of the food and had it fully refunded. They were all very polite but as I didn't eat there and this is literallythe first time the app has worked in years I can't rate them higher than a 3 at this time... Horrible service!!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and they were completely out of stock, ordered large drinks they brought... out medium drinks asked if gravy was available was told yes then the manager told us they don?t carry gravy. Manager refused todo large drinks ?I?m not giving away free drinks?. I told him then he can cancel the order and take everything back. He walkedaway and threw the food in the trash and said ?f#%? You guys. He cancelled the order and came out still cussing and yelling. Absolutely horrible! Read more
