I work here and can vouch that everything is made fresh.
My food is always fresh. They have the best Mozzarella sticks. The people that work here are nice and have great personalities.
I usually go here for the icecream and mozzarella sticks which are always pretty good but this time I decided I wanted to... actually eat here and man was that a mistake and a waste of $20...I ordered the sonic cheeseburger meal it was definitely notmade fresh it was actually a cold sandwich that looked like someone took a bite out of my bread and my kids wanted the chickenslider meal one original and one spicy well my son said the spicy one was not spicy at all and they are over priced anyways Iwon't make the mistake of eating here again I'll just keep going for the mozzarella sticks and icecream... They touch your food with no gloves nor have masks on then when you ask them to remake your food they explain they are not... required by health department. This happened around 7pm 1/14/21. They said they will refund us not remake our food, the managerexplained how wrong we are to ask that raised her voice and was very unprofessional multiple times then shoved teenage girls tohandle the matter because she couldn?t. Maybe find a new manager so this doesn?t happen. She didn?t refund and the money pendedfor a week and was taken out I?ve called 3 times now to have this corrected, Bethany Tracy and Jesse could not get this figuredout so I called corporate and they said I?ll be called back and will get ahold of owners. The health department has been calledand reported to because it is ABSOLUTELY required to wear a masks and gloves when handling food. Very sad at this experience. Read more

Just received my food, my footlong Coney was cold ?????? tots were cold and my son's corn dog was burned. We ate the food since... we were hungry but come on man fast food is only good hot and fresh. I ordered a #3 that's a bacon double cheese burger. I got a single burger. That's not why I'm mad. I'm mad because i was charged... for a double. This is happening more and more. I order the same thing once a week. Last week i was brought a chicken sandwichand had to drive clear back to sonic. My point being.......you should get what you pay for.
