Pretty good service - both customer service and speed-wise. This is the only Popeyes in the general area so it can get busy... during lunch and dinner time. Sometimes the lobby is closed for no reason so ordering ahead for pickup can be an inconveniencebecause during those peak hours, you have to wait in the drive thru line and it doesn?t move fast. Popeyes is by far the superior fast food fried chicken in town. However, this location consistently has accuracy issues. Most... recently we received all dark meat in our 10 piece box, and another time received only 8 pieces and only 4 biscuits instead of5. Also no butter or honey both times, even after specifically asking for it. No one via website will ever provide anyresolution to problems either. Fiancee ordered food and I asked for strips and brought home what looks to be a box of scraps. The strips were not strips, it... was broken pieces of a single strip with a small side of shrimp that I didn't even ask for. They also forgot a whole meal.People want to make 20/hr in fast food because its "hard work" then maybe yall should maybe think about treating it like workand give the people what they actually order. I ordered here one night recently close to closing time online. When I got there the cajun rice I pre-ordered was sold out. It... was a big deal to me because I had pre-ordered it and they sold it. So they gave me a substitution. I got all the way home andeverything was just HORRIBLE! From the chicken, to my wife's chicken sandwich that had something Black on the bottom of it. Icalled the next day and the Manager was kind of rude like I was wasting his time calling. I decided to go back and get a refund.When I entered the Popeye's, there were employees coloring on coloring pages at the counter and the cashier person was on thephone. So as I am telling her what happened the previous night and she re-rings up the order for refund, I just so happen tolook at her nails and hands. I wish that I could give this joking place a negative review. When Popeyes locations are ran correctly the food is great! This... one though is horrible. I had to repeat my order to the guy several times and could hear the employees in the background yellingso he couldn?t hear, as I get to the drive through window there was 2 girls in there twerking while putting my chicken in thebox and singing loudly over my food in the box like it was a microphone. I have been a loyal Popeyes customer for years but thatends today. I get home and the chicken wasn?t even warm, the fries weren?t even put in the fry container they were just throwedin the bottom of the bag. We spent $65 and the food was trash?.
